The Future of the Hybrid Workforce: Culture, Leadership and Practicalities

21st October 2pm BST

As restrictions ease organisations are faced with decisions on what their future workforce and workplace should look like. From higher level redesigning of culture, to more immediate decisions of who needs to be in the office and when, how can we develop long term workforce strategies that don’t feel like stopgaps or temporary measures?

Join this roundtable for a future-focussed exploration of:

- Changing expectations within the workforce on flexibility and workplace norms.

- What can be transferred and what needs to be rebuilt in the ways we work

- How other organisations are building their plans to support the future workforce

The Future Talent Market: Reducing Resignation and Building Retention

11th November 2pm GMT

The next phase of the talent market is unpredictable but early signs are pointing to a period of high turnover ahead – we may be in for ‘The Great Resignation’, as the pandemic has prompted employees to re-evaluate their work-life balance and seek new opportunities to grow and develop their careers, many are now considering leaving their current roles. As the war for talent rages on, is your organisation prepared to lose some of your best talent? How have employee expectations changed over the last 18 months? What are the new drivers for retention?

As the ‘post-covid’ roadmap continues to shift, this roundtable will be shaped by the talent questions and priorities that continue to be the most relevant to our community.

The Future of Inclusion: Understanding the Metrics for Belonging

25th November 2pm GMT

Organisations are increasingly making public commitments to driving D&I within their organisations, both because of the moral necessity but also to drive a strong culture. Some of these commitments however are more easily measurable than others – monitoring metrics on recruitment and wage equality is more straightforward than understanding the level of inclusion within your business. When it is experience that drives engagement, culture and retention, how can people leaders better understand the actual sentiment of belonging of their employees?

This roundtable will explore Diversity and Inclusion through the lens of belonging. Join to discuss:

- How to accurately measure the level of belonging within your business

- How to translate metrics into insight and action

- What drives feelings of inclusion and belonging

- Where the new challenges are as we develop new working patterns
