Aisling is VP HR Talent at Shell, leading Talent Development and Senior Succession for its Downstream, New Energies and Integrated Gas Businesses.
Aisling has worked at Shell for 25 years as an HR practitioner in local, regional and global roles across a range of business contexts: commercial, logistics, manufacturing, technical project development / construction. She is involved in creating diverse and robust succession pipelines for the most senior roles in the company, including providing career insight and development feedback to leaders to support engagement, retention and impact. She is particularly interested in how diversity, inclusion, development and career progression can be supported by reward and recognition.
Bianca West is the Head of Customer Success, EMEA. She is a passionate builder who is joining forces across Achievers EMEA customer teams to create depth and continuity in how we innovate our customer programmes & relationships.
Located out of London, she has extensive experience in various roles both in Toronto and in the EMEA region and is a champion for creating more connected and inclusive working environments globally. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, her investment in employee engagement/HR tech has fostered a deep understanding of our customers, across many different industries.
Bianca invests her extracurricular time as the Chair of Achievers Global DEI Committee & Co-Founder/Co-Chair of Achievers ERG Alliance. Inspiring women in business is something that Bianca is passionate about and her role as the Global Chair of the Achievers Women’s Network (AWN) from 2016-2021 allowed her to facilitate the advancement of women working at Achievers.
