All leaders are acutely aware that creating a workplace that fosters DE&I is not just a moral imperative; it’s a critical driver of organisational success. However, for those whose businesses are falling behind in their journey, effectively orchestrating holistic integration while navigating the challenges brought on by a shift to an ever-evolving, more modern workplace can be a daunting task.

How can leaders effectively conduct a comprehensive need assessment to identify critical areas for improvement within their organisation, and what actionable steps can they take to address those needs? Considering evolving societal norms and changing demographics, how can HR leaders proactively adapt their diversity strategies to remain relevant and ensure continued progress? Join this exclusive virtual roundtable, in partnership with HRD Connect, as we explore how, in the pursuit of building a diverse and inclusive workplace, senior HR leaders can embrace the challenge of constant adaptation and recognise that the true measure of success lies not only in addressing current needs but also in the ability to anticipate and embrace the needs of the future.
